Who We Are
Rich1988 was built with one clear goal: to be the online entertainment platform that truly understands the needs of Malaysian players. From Liga Super Sports Betting to slot games and Live Casino, everything is here on one safe, fair, and easy-to-use platform.
Mission & Vision
Every decision we make comes back to two simple questions: is it good for Malaysian players, and is it done with full integrity?
To be Malaysia's most trusted number-one online entertainment platform – a place where players from Johor to Sabah can enjoy themselves with confidence, knowing that every ringgit they wager is carefully protected and every winning payout will be delivered on time.
To deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment experience for Malaysians — backed by the latest technology, user-friendly local payment methods, and customer support that genuinely helps whenever it's needed.
Rich1988 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in everything we do. We believe healthy entertainment is entertainment with boundaries — and we provide all the tools players need to stay in control.

Our Journey
From a small platform built with determination, to one of the most recognised names in Malaysia's online entertainment industry.
Rich1988 was founded by a group of individuals with backgrounds in financial technology and the digital entertainment industry. With a vision to build a platform truly designed for Malaysian users, we launched the first version with a focus on Malaysia Super League football betting.
Buoyed by positive feedback from our early users, rich1988 expanded the platform by adding a slots collection from Pragmatic Play and NetEnt, and introducing live baccarat tables with real dealers. Total membership reached 50,000 within the first year.
Recognising the rapid growth of esports in Malaysia, rich1988 added MPL Malaysia and Dota 2 coverage to our Sports Betting platform. That same year, we became one of the first platforms in Malaysia to accept Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow as deposit methods.
Rich1988 invested in rebuilding its platform from the ground up, fully optimised for mobile. A cleaner interface, faster load times, and an improved withdrawal system drove customer satisfaction up to 96% in an independent survey.
Rich1988's growth reached a significant milestone when our active membership exceeded 200,000. We launched our official VIP programme and expanded the slots library by adding PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, and Spadegaming as new providers.
Rich1988 launched a progressive jackpot system featuring Mega Fortune and Mega Moolah, introduced more advanced in-play betting for e-sports, and expanded payment support to include GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay. Total membership surpassed 400,000.
With over 500,000 registered members across Malaysia, rich1988 continues to grow — adding new games every week, making ongoing improvements to our payment systems, and maintaining an unwavering commitment to being the most trusted platform in the country.
Core Values
These values aren't just words on paper. They are reflected in every platform feature, every customer support interaction, and every business decision we make.
We display the RTP for every slot game, clear bonus terms with no hidden conditions, and a verifiable withdrawal track record. No secrets, no fine-print tricks.
All games on rich1988 use independently certified RNG. We do not manipulate game outcomes. Every slot spin and every baccarat card deal is genuinely random and free from interference.
Rich1988 believes that a responsible entertainment platform is one that helps its users stay in control. We provide deposit limit tools, time limit settings, and self-exclusion options for every account.
The online entertainment industry evolves quickly. rich1988 keeps a close eye on the latest trends — from new slot mechanics to esports developments — to ensure our platform stays relevant and engaging for Malaysian players.
Every product decision at rich1988 starts with one question: what do Malaysian players need? User feedback is taken seriously and factored into every platform update we make.
Winnings are paid on time, every time. Reliable payouts are the foundation of trust between a platform and its players. rich1988 maintains sufficient financial reserves to meet all payment obligations to our players.
There's no shortage of online entertainment platforms in the Malaysian market. But if you take the time to compare them one by one, you'll notice that most are global platforms that have simply been "translated" for the local market – with unclear currency conversion rates, deposit methods not everyone is familiar with, and customer support that replies in a language you don't always fully understand. rich1988 was built differently.
From day one, our team — made up largely of Malaysians who understand the local landscape — decided to build a platform truly designed for Malaysian users. This isn't marketing talk. It means the entire interface is written in natural Bahasa Melayu, all amounts are displayed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), and every deposit method is one already on virtually every Malaysian's phone — Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks.
Rich1988 players reflect the full diversity of Malaysia itself. Some are die-hard Malaysia Super League fans who bet on nearly every Johor DT or Kedah FA match. Others prefer spending the weekend at home spinning a few hundred rounds of Gates of Olympus while catching the EPL. Then there's the younger crowd who follow the local esports scene and want to bet on their favourite MPL Malaysia matches.
What all rich1988 players have in common is that they want an experience that is straightforward, fair, and trustworthy. They don't want a platform that deliberately complicates the withdrawal process. They don't want bonuses with hidden terms that make winnings nearly impossible to cash out. They want a platform that is honest — and that is what we strive to build every day at rich1988.
It's a fair question for anyone considering playing on any online platform. At rich1988, all slot games run on a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited and certified. This means every spin is genuinely random – no hidden patterns, no manipulation designed to make players lose at a predetermined point.
For Sports Betting and e-sports, our odds are calculated using statistical models that factor in a wide range of relevant variables. Our overround margin is lower than most local competitors – meaning a greater share of the total wagered amount is returned to players over the long run.
Rich1988 also fully supports responsible gaming. Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from their account settings. Cooling-off and self-exclusion options are also available for anyone who feels they need to step back from betting activity for a period of time.
Data Protection Policy: rich1988 complies with strict data protection standards. All your personal information is stored with encryption and is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. For full details, please refer to Privacy Policy us.
While football betting and slot games are the two most popular products at rich1988, our platform actually covers a lot more than that. For Live Casino enthusiasts, we offer live baccarat tables with real dealers on duty 24 hours a day, streamed in HD video quality – delivering an experience that's far closer to a real casino atmosphere than your standard automated slots.
Match Odds at rich1988 cover over 500 matches per week across 25 different leagues and sports – from the passion-fuelled Liga Super Malaysia to the EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, BWF World Tour badminton, and e-sports including MPL Malaysia, Dota 2, Valorant, and CS2. Odds are updated in real time and our in-play betting feature lets you keep betting while the match is live.
For our slots collection, rich1988 partners with 15 of the world's leading slot providers, including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and Hacksaw Gaming. With over 500 titles in our library, there is something for every type of player — from low-volatility slots suited to longer sessions on a tighter bankroll, to high-volatility slots with the potential for massive multiplier wins.
The online entertainment industry moves fast. Platforms that stop innovating get left behind. rich1988 stays relevant because we never stop listening to what our players want. When they ask for a new deposit method, we add it. When they want slots from a specific provider, we reach out to that provider. When a technical issue is reported, we fix it as quickly as possible.
Our investment in technical infrastructure never stops. The rich1988 platform runs on servers with response times optimised for Malaysian users – so games load quickly even when you're on mobile data on the go. It might seem like a small thing, but for a player looking to place a bet right before kick-off, every second counts.
Thank you for taking the time to get to know rich1988 better. If you haven't registered yet, we invite you to start your journey today — a Welcome Bonus is waiting for every new member.
